Sometimes the purchase goes through, but not connecting to our game servers due to an internet connection fluctuation between our servers and payment processing platform servers. Because of this, the information is not translating to the game, and we have no record of the purchase.
But no worries, we know how to deal with this! All we need is a screenshot of your receipt to investigate the problem and from there, we can credit your account with the correct coin amount corresponding to your purchase. Please contact our support team via the "Submit a request" button in the bottom right-hand corner with your receipt.
